PELE READING · READING COMES ALIVE
Hear it. Follow it. Read it.
A fluent model first, then your child reads aloud. Simple, supported practice at home.
THE MAGIC IS IN THE METHOD
Hear it. Follow it.
Make it your own.
A fluent voice to follow. A sentence to practice. That’s Echo Reading, the method at the heart of PELE.

Interactive demonstration, not the PELE platform. Illustrative text timing, audio is off.
Listen first. Then your child takes the lead.
A FLUENT MODEL FIRST
Reading with training wheels.
Children who need practice most may also avoid it most. PELE creates close support throughout reading, rather than leaving a child alone with a difficult page. A professional narrator models a sentence while the words are highlighted; the child then reads the same words aloud.
In the real platform, matching spoken words turn green. Narration speed and font size can be adjusted. A working device microphone is needed for recognition; headphones and an external microphone are optional. Our demonstration does not record or recognize speech.
Why guided practice helps
- Seeing and hearing connected text together
- A successful, supported reading experience
- Exposure to vocabulary in meaningful stories
- Repeated practice in accurate, increasingly automatic word recognition
- Interesting books matched to age, level and interests
Supported practice can encourage motivation and consistency. Benefits depend on a child’s needs and regular practice, not an instant or guaranteed outcome.

Fluency practice, not phonics instruction.
PELE is designed for children who already know letters and sounds but still find reading effortful. It complements foundational reading instruction, with practice in pronunciation, pacing and phrasing.
